OVS runners and throwers brought home nearly a dozen medals this past week at the school’s first Omega League Final track meet with two athletes earning spots in CIF Prelims at Carpinteria High this Saturday.
The OVS girls soccer team rounded off their season with a 1-1 tie against Oak Grove School this past Monday. Though they didn’t win, they saved their best performance for last.
This past Saturday, boys and girls basketball along with boys soccer all embarked on the 2 ½ hour journey to Midland school, where they each competed in their respective contests.
The OVS cross country team competed in the league championship at Dunn and the girls’ team was crowned Condor League champions after all seven runners placed in the top ten.
