OVS students have set a goal to raise $3,000 at this year's Relay event, which takes place on May 30 at Nordhoff High School. Unlike previous years, this year's Relay is a 12-hour event.
It wasn’t exactly the showdown of the century, but history was still made when OVS and Besant Hill squared off in their first-ever League of Legends duel.
OVS sophomore Savannah Moler was named an honorary member of the Ojai City Council recently in recognition of a an essay she wrote on improving the city. Savannah attended the Ethics and Leadership Conference in Ojai and penned a 500-word “Mayor for the Day” essay, which was read to the Ojai City Council.
