Hannah Little, a junior at Ojai Valley School and the 2021 winner of the Judith Oberlander poetry award, recently had a poetry reading at the Ojai branch of the Ventura County Library with an audience of writers, poets and avid readers from around Ventura County.

Students in Advanced Studio Art have been redesigning covers of books they have previously read, inspired by a TEDTalk about book cover designs and how they draw in readers. Caleb Carver has created a photo journal about the project and the process of creating these book cover masterpieces.

On any given day, music fills the air and can be heard throughout the whole campus. In a photo gallery by Caleb Carver, we show how the new buildings and multipurpose room allow students to hone their musical talents. 

Nearly two years after the Humane Society of Ventura County shut its doors and stopped accepting donations due to Covid, the Ojai shelter has adopted the beautiful artwork of OVS alum Stephany Nostrant.
