For several weeks now, the AP Spanish class at OVS has been working with ceramics teacher Margaret Haden to make plates in the Hispanic-based Majolica style.
Due to Covid-19, many students from the class of 2020 were unable to attend their colleges in person for their freshman year. However, those perseverant students didn’t let the circumstances discourage them.
The wait only made them more thrilled to finally be at their school.
The effect OVS has on its faculty, students, and alumni is not always visible, but some people chose to display it proudly. As it turns out, there are various alumni who have OVS tattoos to commemorate their life-changing OVS experiences.
