The girls soccer team kicked off their season this past Wednesday in a game against Oak Grove School.
Though the girls didn’t end up with a win, they played a strong game and know what they will work to improve upon for their next game.
Highlights included a strong offensive game from junior Caspian Ellis, as well as great defense from freshman CatieJo Larkin. But perhaps the most impressive performance was from freshman Marley Burroughs, who played in goal for the entirety of her first-ever soccer game.
The girls will face Oak Grove again next Wednesday in a home game at 3:00 pm.
