Tapping a federal grant, AP Environmental Science students took the first of what will be a series of excursions to Channel Islands National Park for environmental education and restoration projects.
A virtual float, crafted by teachers and students at the Lower Campus, took top honors in a "virtual parade" hosted by the National Park Service as part of the annual Rose Parade on New Year's Day.
