The boys cross country team at Ojai Valley School had a strong showing at the CIF cross country prelims this weekend, with many personal bests set in the last race of the season.
For the second consecutive year, college representatives, in collaboration with Linden Educational Services, arrived at the Upper Campus to stage a college fair.
Coach Fred Alvarez ran cross country for four years in high school, but was never fast enough to make it to CIF. His girls' team, however, fulfilled that dream this past weekend.
