Boys Teams Open Winter Season

Both the boys soccer and boys basketball teams opened the winter season with games throughout the week. The soccer team took home a win, and the basketball team showed impressive skills.

Rebuild Begins

As of November 7, the first piece of equipment arrived at the top of the hill to begin the first stage of work in rebuilding the buildings destroyed by the Thomas Fire. Seven trucks and an excavator have been hauling and leveling dirt off the hill to prepare for the construction to begin.

Rising to the Challenge

When OVS ceramics teacher Jody Cooper challenged students and teachers to “donate a dollar” to a financially struggling youth football team, the Upper Campus answered the call, raising a total of $512 in just two days.

Former Spuds, Future Reporters

Recent Ojai Valley School graduates Lilli Trompke and Jaclyn Sersland have continued their love of journalism in their first year at college, both earning positions at their school’s newspapers, gaining spots over hundreds of applicants.
