New Kids on The Block

Each school year, exceptional and talented individuals attend Ojai Valley School. Among these include three new and outstanding students; Emma Watanabe, Jean-Michel Lin-Hurtubise, and Alana Mollison.

Taking The Future By The Reins

Senior Caspian Ellis is a go-getter at OVS and a top scholar who continuously defines the ideal student here at the school. As if being a full-time student and participant at OVS wasn’t enough, she also is a nationally ranked equestrian, riding five days a week and competing various times throughout the year.

The Final Dismount

On May 31, 31 seniors will graduate and leave OVS and everything they’ve grown to love about the school. Eight of those seniors will say goodbye to the equestrian program and the horses they’ve developed a bond with over their years here.

Fire and Reins

After the Thomas Fire broke out on Dec. 4, countless students were evacuated from the Upper Campus, but along with them went the equine residents of the campus, which were moved multiple times during the weeks of the fire.
